Magellan's Cross - This cross of Tindulo Wood encases the original cross planted by Ferdinand Magellan on this very site April 21, 1521.
This is a view from the City Hall entrance which we took since it started to rain. My hubby and I have been under the sun since early morning doing mostly walking and walking. Gosh I am used to walking but not as far as I walked around there in Cebu.
We tried to get a good shot of the painting on the ceiling but this is the best we've got from the gate. There were a lot of people pushing on us because the gate around was closed to protect the cross.
